Filippini Law Firm LLP was formed in June 2014 by highly regarded Illinois local government and land use attorney, Vic Filippini. After building the local government and land use practice at a multinational firm, Vic became convinced that local government and land use clients could be better served with a more local focus. Legal conflicts constantly arose with the former firm’s big business clients, and there was overwhelming pressure to increase client billing rates, while the firm invested its resources in increasing its international, not local profile.

Believing there was a better way, Vic opened a boutique firm specializing in government and land use along with his colleagues Bob Pickrell and Marlo Del Percio. Government and land use are hyperlocal issues, and the team at Filippini Law Firm LLP has the institutional knowledge, expertise, and experience to create solutions on the ground in Illinois.
